stopped being a glutton and a sloth, started living a life of virtue (aka squats)

i get to stop thinking about day to day bullshit and real life stressors, and just focus on the next rep

BB Accomplishments:
becoming less skinny fat
more than doubling my squat in five months
Soft, soft, soft, after all this time, because of slack nutrition... Got a lot stronger during a bulk earlier this year, and did gain size, but obviously still doughy
A little bit of a difference, but still more fat than I want on my upper thighs/love handle area and not enough size on lower body. And of course, no abs yet. Yet!!! YET!!!!
