Chrish7712 I think we need to work on making you a solid diet so you can keep gaining muscle and burning fat! Do you have time everyday to eat every 3 hours? Keep track of everything you eat one of these days and send me it in a private message. We can then go from there! I will give you tips and helpful hints on good meals and such too.
