I used to work out during high school regularly, then I just kinda stopped.

Welcome to BodySpace. I began my transformation back in Feb and it was prompted by a contest at work also. I did well and have been hooked ever since. I believe that if you stay focused and train consistently you will do awesome! Good luck!
