Well I don't have specific workout plan but this is what i intend to start from June. All exercises 3 sets each ( 2 x 8, 1 x 7). Up the weight when my last set reaches 8 reps. Squats are my exception (have an injury & no squat rack), so squats are with body weight and includes some...
