How I Started:
I was very skinny most of my teenage years (about 120 lb). As I got into collage and career my looks did not project maturity. Lot’s of people would mistake me for a middle school kid. So at some in my 20’s I came to a decision to alter my physical appearance, the solution was to build some muscle. As I progressed in my workout the visual motivation kicked and from that point on I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I like working out because I get a lot of physical an emotional energy out of it. The more I put in the more I get back.
How I Stay Motivated:
I do what I do because I like it, not because I have to.

My 3 months of a short goal is coming to an end. I was able to accomplish about 75% of my goal (the goal was to gain 20 pounds in 3 months).

I am happy with my results and I have learned quite few things about my strengths and weaknesses.


My new goal for the next two months would be...
