Background

When I Started: Jan 2004
HOW I STARTED:

I was sick of being "the skinny guy" so I joined the gym and started doin work. I had no idea what I was doing at first but I took the time to do my research and slowly started seeing progress.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Theres no better feeling in the world then getting through a killer workout! I love feeling healthy, strong, and in shape! My energy, mood, and all around well being is greatly improved when im lifting.

Working out is a passion of mine so staying motivated isnt to difficult. Plus im a hard gainer so if im not working out I lose muscle mass fairly fast so that also keeps me motivated.
