How I Started:
ive been struggling with my weight all my life and it just kept getting worse with him. i was made fun of and i had no self esteem what so ever. i tried so many things to lose weight and failed because i was unconsistant and didnt try hard enough intel the day i met this women that helped me to lsoe 25pounds in 2 months i found her methods somewhat extreme so i decided to go my own way and take control over myself but she helped me see that it wasnt that my body wasnt capable of loseing but more i wasnt trying the right things or hard enough.
Why I Love It:
makes me feel and look amazing. when i weight train my problems dont matter all that matters is that i do my reps properly to the max.
How I Stay Motivated:
its all about self motivation. you have to learn to movtivate yourself although it might not always be easy thats why having supportive friends and family members is also a must.

my biggest accomplishment was losing 25 pounds in 2 months
