How I Started:
My workout routine is generally centered around running. I recently realized that I need to incorporate weight lifting into my routine. My husband started lifting about two years ago and I have seen the transformation that he has had.
Why I Love It:
I like how strong it makes you look and feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just turned 30 this year and realize that I have to work even harder every year to see the same results. I know that if I slack off then I'll start looking my age!
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, but I get excited thinking about the first progression pics.
