ive always liked sports, and did some weightlifting in highschool...when i was 24 i was fired from my job for getting into a nasty fight, i moved to my grand parents house and there it was..this small hardcore gym a few blocks away..so i signed up
Why I Love It:
the feeling of tearing down the fibers and rebuild yourself better and stronger...and oh yeahh the PUMP!! i know it sound like a clichè but i live for the pump
How I Stay Motivated:
well its kind of hard, cause most of my friends dont like bodybuilding as much as partying...but reading mags, checking bbuilding.com ofcourse and its nice when people tell you that you're not normal or that you're insane for dinning boiled chicken breasts and water for 2 months straght!! jaja
BB Accomplishments:
well back in 2006 i was involved in a serious motorcycle accident and i almost lost my right foot...i couldnt walk for like 3 months but even so i asked my mom to take me to the gym the small one where it all started and there i was skinny and looking awful with my cast hanging in the pullup bar!
this was taken today, i steped on the scale and im 8 lbs heavier!! its significative cause its been 3 weeks since im gaining weight and i keept mi waist size
i started dieting down at 16%bf got down to 6% in 3 months...it was hard but i was worth it, its not the first time i surprise every body by doing this kind of extreme diet and trainig program cause i dont tell anybody that im dieting i just start and not stop for the whole time i love being able to transform my body in such short time...so the next step would be to gain a decent amount of muscle by keeping low bf % that is the real challenge, now i know what works for me to get cut but i've always had trouble putting quality size
