thts good 2 hear man, yeh im goin alrite, i had my wisdom teeth out a bit over a week ago and the doc sed not to train for 2 weeks so yeah havnt been able to train it suks, but now i'm startin 2 do light weights and by friday should b into it at full force again...im looking to get heaps bigger and ripped aswell..we're in this together haha. later bro

What is your diet Julio? Are you doing any cardio also. Give me a list of what you eat all day and every day and I will see what and why you cant tightin up. Being latino I know the diet is greasy. Thanks Julio, they were just as fun making them as was the excercise. Your back is awesome but keep it straight and bring you arm to the side. It shows more detail and you cuts. You are doing great bro.

Im doing great. I do a calis/weight combo and it working out awesome. Gained muscle and lost weight, which is good. My abs are now showing up. Have you seen my 3 personal videos. That what I do now with weight combination. Check them out. I am glad you are doing well. You really look awesome and I cant wait to watch you grow bigger. Keep me in the loop and keep up the hard work bro.

Dood, wats idk? LoL..im doin good man, my diet has changed completely so feeling really pumped during workouts now. i work out 5 times a week, doin abs in all 5 workouts.. cant miss those, stubborn ass abs..LoL.
