July 4, 2009 I was one of the judges for the Alberta WBFF bodybuilding and fitness competition.
2008 I competed in FAME twice during that year.
April 2008 4th place tall fitness model
April 2008 8th place masters fitness model.
October 2008 Nationals 5th place tall fitness model.

I am really into the swing of things again. I feel so great and back on track. With my injury the past 3 months I was actually getting pretty down. Stephen Covey says it takes 21 times to create a habit, I am already there and it has been 10 days! :) Obviously the past 90 days...
We got 20+ inches of snow this weekend. Got Tris, Shoulders, chest, legs, back, and abs workout while shoveling for 7 hours over the span of the weekend...LOL!!! Vacation this week!! Hope all is well with you. Have a Wonderful Christmas!! Cheers, Bryan

Hey girl, training is a bit slow these days. I recently started a new job as a live-in "mom" for orphan teens and my hours are crazy!!! I work 16 hrs a day sometimes...so I'm looking into setting up a training regimen that can accomodate my schedule. Any suggestions? You are beautiful and so inspiring to me! Keep working it! :)
