How I Started:
I played basketball throughout University, we always had a strength training program in off season. I continued to train after I finished playing because I loved the feeling of having a strong body!
Why I Love It:
It keeps me physically, mentally and spiritually healthy. Life is about balance; this is just one of the ways to keep it in check.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching my 7 year old daughter mimic me! I am inspired by other fit people. I love to watch the changes in my own body.
BB Accomplishments:
FAME April 26, 2008 4th place in Fitness Model Tall, 8th place in Fitness model Masters and 12th in Bikini Model Tall.

This was from last year when I completed a contest diet. 11% body fat. I need to increase muscle size in legs and arms.
So excited to finally fulfill my ambition to enter a fitness competition. I did it!! J~

Goal (Long):
Live life to the fullest and the healthiest! At 42 I like the way my body looks right now, I hope to look like this when I am 52! Also, to compete in my first competition this spring.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I have a nutritionist that I work with. He is pretty knowledgeable and competes in bodybuilding himself so I believe he is tried and true. What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Nothing really, I love to train so I guess the thought of taking a break for myself and working out is the motivation I use.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Shorts and long tank top with t-shirt over top. I keep the shirt on to do cardio and when I start getting too hot I take it off and finish in my tank top. I hate wearing pants because I get too hot.
