Background
I ran track in high school so I was always working out after practice. Once I got to college, I pretty much stopped but I loved to walk/jog so during my free time I would do that. Once I relocated to Southwest Florida from New England I signed up with a gym. Although I was going to the gym, I wasn't eating right nor was I working out the correct way. Now with the assistance of a trainer and following a clean diet I can feel a difference.
I love it because it's the only time where I put my own needs first.
