Basically carbs in my first two meals and then the rest is shakes for in between and the rest is protein and vegetables..I get my fats from udo`s oil, olive oil and avocadoes. My trainer has me doing pretty intense training right now so we added an extra meal! My cheat meal is always on saturday nights with my son at the movies..lol!

About the same as you..I have to say that I know my diet is what sometimes holds me back a bit! I`m good 80% of the time..I`m glad we`re talking because we can help each other out.I don`t meet many women with this passion!

Hello! Well my training is awesome..I lost 15 pounds, maybe more now..Anyways it`s going well! I`m at kind of a plateau right now..any suggestions?
