Congrats! That photo was taken at the Family Y! I left the Vitamin Shoppe and am The new Recreation Leader at Crabtree gym. I will be doing yoga,step,spin,and areobics classes!! Tell Donna to come on out & do my classes:)

I have a broken L5 and a bulging L1. They want to do steriod injections...I'm not sure if I want to try them or not. I also am having kidney surgery on 8-18-08 this is my year for health problems! I'll be glad when 09 gets here so I can rebuild my body! I'm getting sooo soft.
