Background

When I Started: May 2008
HOW I STARTED:

Stumbled in the web site... after some time in the army decided to get back in shape... As of late I am doing the body challenge. Feeling good and motivated.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out, because there is nothing, no one but you and the weights. You can talk trash to yourself, scream, grunt, bang a weight hard on the contraction phase of the lift or press... Well you can when you workout at home like me, although I have to be more civilized now in the gym I do to.I love feeling and seeing the pump in my muscles, feeling sweat drip down my face and skin. There is no better feeling... well... at least in the gym there isn't. LOL

Today I am getting back with you my brothers and sisters of the iron game to get you up to date and speed with my current plans and training. Welcome to the new year! 2012 promises to be the best year ever for muscle development, fat loss, and general health. For the last four to six weeks I have been doing Ronnie Coleman's workout for mass. I must admit I am bigger... although I am sure that Christmas dinner and New Years eve dinner had something to do with that. But I am a whole lot stronger. To give you an example take a look at my last leg workout this past Friday: Stair Master 20 minutes / 235 Cal.
