Stumbled in the web site... after some time in the army decided to get back in shape... As of late I am doing the body challenge. Feeling good and motivated.
I love working out, because there is nothing, no one but you and the weights. You can talk trash to yourself, scream, grunt, bang a weight hard on the contraction phase of the lift or press... Well you can when you workout at home like me, although I have to be more civilized now in the gym I do to.I love feeling and seeing the pump in my muscles, feeling sweat drip down my face and skin. There is no better feeling... well... at least in the gym there isn't. LOL
