Improve in compound lifts (esp. deadlift, bent-over row and overhead press) and pull-ups.
Gain a realistic amount of muscle mass (drug-free).
Maintain nice, lean and feminine physique, not looking to be ripped or shredded. If I can look like a shorter version of Jessica Biel, that would be perfect:-).
Also, I wanna learn olympic style lifts and how to run sprints.
Ok, my last post was not very constructive, so I deleted it.
Eugene has been sick a lot lately, that's not my fault, and there is nothing I can do about this. He has to build up some immunity and adjust to daycare. In the meantime, I will do the best I can.
I'm having my moments...training is going well, but my diet was definitely a struggle. I'm hoping I have that back in the right track now ;-) How are things with you?

me too, so i can certainly understand that. its pretty impressive to increase your max and not done any benching, but you probably got stronger from other exercises.
