I'd slipped a disc in my back during rowing season in Jan 03. I was out of action for a long time and lost a great deal of hard earned mass plus my BF% went up.

Hey dude, my goals are to build muscle then get ripped as. My diet at the mo is about 3200-3300 cals, like 270g protein, 400g carbs and 80g fat. training wise i am doing 3 day split now, was on 5 day split till few weeks back.
