I'd slipped a disc in my back during rowing season in Jan 03. I was out of action for a long time and lost a great deal of hard earned mass plus my BF% went up.
Why I Love It:
It's something constructive and healthy. Rumour has it chicks dig a guy who has a good body.

Pushing myself to better myself every session.

Thats cool man, we cover abit of what you did aswell(bachelor of applied fitness), its like learning a new language, lol. well im glad you liked it, makes me feel more comfortable with what im doing, I mean it is pretty expensive :)

hey man. what are your goals? when your bulking or cutting, diet is very important. a good diet and lifting hard will do wonders Hey dude, my goals are to build muscle then get ripped as. My diet at the mo is about 3200-3300 cals, like 270g protein, 400g carbs and 80g fat. training wise i am doing 3 day split now, was on 5 day split till few weeks back.
