It's been a year since i started going to the gym, and the results are coming: 10 kg of bodyfat lost and muscular tone greatly improved.
Now I'm 72kg, near the same weight I had back in 2004, but in better shape.

Dude, youve done a great job dropping wieght. U werent that much over wieght how low do u plan on going. Do u plan on building back up with solid lean muscle. 5'10' u could easly maintane 170-180.

Hey thanx buddy its taken me a year and a half of correct training and nutrition :)
For example last year i used to get up have 5 jacket potatoes and 4 tins of tuna for breakfast, and then eat every 2 hrs
