Thanks! I am just starting my alternate routine. I need to make myself run in the morning and lift in the afternoon to really cut some fat. I get a lot of motivation from dealing with sick people. but still need a female in my life, lol ;)

This weekend I have to work Saturday, Sunday will be spent at the track and fit in as much time on the water in between it all. And I'm with you on the outdoor activities, never seems like exercise then! What's your plans for the weekend?

I bet it was a blast! Im going to my Dad's place in Valdosta, Ga for the weekend, grill, party, etc...see some friends I havent seen in a long time. Going to be in Ga next month for a school for 2 months, lookin forward to it!
