Watching Pumping Iron as a kid. I always wanted to try to be like Arnold, but never did anything about it. I think I have finally come around to know what it takes to have a great shape and keep. I wanted to build muscle so that I can look good without a shirt on.
Why I Love It:
It helps me to reduce stress from work.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is hard to stay motivated, but I want my son to grow up with a father who is in shape so that he can begin to develope good healthy habits.
To maintain a steady diet so that I will not be overweight. I would like to lose my stomach and my bodyfat %.
I have always said that this is the day to start but I can never seem to stick to it. This time is different. I want to have the body I have always wanted to have and keep it.
I need to stay disciplined to drop the fat.

I want to LOSE 30 lb

9%

What allowed me to achieve my fitness goals, lose over 50 lbs, and go from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks was by following the Body for Life program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. I find that you get the best results by following a well-designed program and that is what I found with BFL.
