This was taken after I received some pictures from over the weekend, and noticed that my face was chubby, and decided to step on the scale, WHOA!! 225!! No wonder I wrongfully accused my mom for shrinking my laundry. I didnt have energy, and was always tired. This was the heaviest I ever been!!
Swimming every morning, and going to the gym at night, showing some good progress!

Ok, This month was one of the hardest, due to my Doctor telling me that my cholesterol was off the roof and that my liver was showing damage. So he decided to put me on a strict diet. No MCDONALDS, and no weekend binge drinking. So basically I had to get off my lazy bad habits. So that month was strictly protein shakes, oatmeal, fat free milk, fish, swimming laps, working out everyday. But when all of my clothes started to fit.. i felt great!!!!

its so true what they say.. Dieting is the name of the game if you want your abs to show. I am actually loving clean healthy food, i just cant wait till i get home and stuff my face with broccoli and carrots :)

been keeping faithful to my diet.. and doing cheat meals once a week. I have been doing p90x in the morning and strength training at night. I have my first photoshoot in 2 weeks so im going to crank it up a notch before the deadline!

finally gaining some lean muscle!! I recommend everyone to start eating bison beef!!! virtually low in fat and high in protein!!!
