no it all makes sense if you are in tune with your body. the certification makes sense. i think it was five or 6 hundred to take the exam with study materials.

Hey,girl. Great looking legs! 25 pounds,that's waaay too much.. Don't forget,your going to add some muscle,and muscles are denser and more compact than fat, so don't get carried away.. Make your progress slow and steady. Stay healthy!

well good luck Jay losing that 20 pounds. From you pics you look like you have some strong muscular legs. Diet is an important part of overall health and improving yours will surely help you reach your goal. good luck :P
