What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I think it is bech press, because easily you try to do too much and take risks. Instead of heavier, try harder.

You do look like you've put on more muscle mass, but you still look pretty lean in the midsection. Nice work. I'm pretty sore today. Have had two days of good workouts this week.
