This week I discovered the 20 rep squat. This has been one of my productive weeks on the gym year. I started on sunday (home alone) with that freaky routine of doing curls and push up every 1/2 hour all day long. It sound crazy but my arms growuth 3/4 inches and receded 1/2, so, it was...
Juan Jo, checking your progress stats, great job. Remember to rest to let your body recover, in addition, shock your body by changing your training program. Keep pumping heavy.
Juan Jo, things are going fine, yesterday after a two week halt for fast recovery of the knee I discover that it is not ready, it will take a little longer, and that the leg's biceps has suffer from the bad knee problem, I will have to rehabilitate that muscle group :( take care, take it slow and strong.
thanx for the comment. First you got to make the patent pending rip-jak face. Then just work Reaaallly hard! go for wieght, intensity, keep form and range, EAT and I go daily but I have a unique program of 4 days heavy groups, ! day core 2 days arm isolated. Its working, only been a few months like this and I love the results. Heres to your next rep!
When I've got my new diet settled, I'll certainly post it, but it won't be soon. As for how I got to the shape you see on the 2005 pictures, well, martial arts not only got me ripped, they also gave me such stamina that when I first started to lift seriously, I could jump from one exercise to the next and do *a lot* in 45 minutes. That and also eating *a lot* (thanks to protein shakes, notably) made me grow so fast that the NYU gym manager gave me a stern warning about steroids. :P
lol..Hi, I just read your comment under my mans picture in my pictures and I have to tell you it made me laugh. Thanks. Have a good one and take care! good luck :)
thanks man, im pretty sure i have always these. its really weird. Most likely from genetics. but the sports and working out doesnt hurt either.
I just wish i had a chest. haha
