How I Started:
I got tired of my pants getting tighter so I decided to do something about it. One of the guys at work told me about his gym so I went and gave it a try.
I want to lose 15lbs of FAT and develop a lean mean healthy body.
Goal (Long):
I want to get rid of this extra weight that makes me feel like crap. I'm heavier and more self concious than I've ever been. Now is the time for me to do something about it. Now I'm going to the gym and really watching what I eat.I don't want to look and feel like this anymore. I want to set the example of a healthy lifestyle for my son. There's no reason I should look the way I do right now except for laziness. That stops Now!
Wanting to lose weight and then finding the right program to follow to make it happen is difficult. I recommend the 12-week Body for Life program.
