How I Started:
i started lifting because of football and track and i wanted to be confident about myself. I was always on and off again until about 2004.
Why I Love It:
Being a pre-med student is time consuming, but I always find the time to make it to the gym, because it helps me get rid of stress and makes me feel better all around. It also makes me stronger mentally and boosts my energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing results and knowing that it will help me live a long healthy life.

Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to be big and muscular because it brings respect from others and confidence. Bodybuilding has given me a feeling of satisfaction and created discipline in my life, I can also use it to help motivate others to become healthy plus my little brother looks up to me. one day i wish to compete in the arnold classic and knight of champions.

Congrats on your weight change, man! I'm proud to have you as friend here! I'm all about making my legs grow now. Yours are awesome. I'm a fan! Not only of your legs but your torso; such a great V-shaped build! Do you have some tips for legs training? I would really appreciate that. Keep pumping!
Just saw your new goal and your bodyweight stats - I guess you did lose a few pounds, huh? But I see that your weight is already climbing back up. Keep up the good work and you'll be back on the high side of 200 in no time!
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
Not so hot - I let too many other things get in the way. But I'm much more regular with my workouts now, even though I'm busier in some ways. It's all a matter of priorities after all.
A higher weight class - he must be pretty big then. What class would you be aiming for? I'd guess a light-heavy when you cut up. Of course, keep adding size and who knows - you might make heavyweight before you compete. Let me know what you think after you see a show!
Thanks for the support....Things are going well .... first day back in the gym after month off ... same routine new passion and new partner ...so getting back at it hardcore...aded about 5lbs of bad weight but not bad fora month of slacking .
