When I Started:
How I Started: I was heavy into sports and working out growing up until I blew out my knee which got me into massage therapy and sports medicine. Started working at a gym and began working out regularly again
Why I Love It: I am addicted to the way I feel during and after a good workout and love to see the results from working hard
How I Stay Motivated: My best friend keeps me going and helps push me, the biggest motivation is seeing results.
