Played soccer my whole life always had that skinny build and wanted to bulk up once I started I couldn't stop..
Why I Love It:
Helps me relieve stress... It's a lot of fun and I love seeing progress. It's a great feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep setting higher and higher goals and constantly try new things and perfect any flaws.
