I have always been active. Around november of 2006 I stopped working out and I dont even remember why. I ended up gaining about 45 pounds, which got me to around 250 pounds, 34% body fat, and 43.75 inch waist. my flat stomach left my muscles were hidden and I was overall looking like a fat boy. Drinking entirely too much and maintaining an extremely unhealthy diet will do that to anyone. I was in the worst shape of my life.
It was time for a change.

BB Accomplishments:
Realizing the importance of diet. I workout for no more than 2 hours a day max. Thats 22 hours left in the day for me to eat. That's why diet is so important.

I used low intensity cardio for 40-50 minutes. Some will argue that HIIT is better at 20 minutes, but I used low intensity cardio. I also had a diet low in Calories and low in Carbs. I ate about 1800 cals, and 50 crabs towards the end of my challenge. Read my blog, I'm currently doing another program, I just started.
nah its cool man...well, one of the main reasons was a woman, and the rest was just getting hit with different life changing crap that just put me in a huge state of depression when I got back home from basic training and AIT
