I have always been active. Around november of 2006 I stopped working out and I dont even remember why. I ended up gaining about 45 pounds, which got me to around 250 pounds, 34% body fat, and 43.75 inch waist. my flat stomach left my muscles were hidden and I was overall looking like a fat boy. I was in the worst shape of my life. February of 2008 I began cutting now I am back to 200 pounds, 22% body fat, and 36.75 inch waist (wrote this 5/7/08). I am open to any comments, advice, or motivation.

BB Accomplishments:
Realizing the importance of diet. I figure for my cutting I run 50 min a day and workout about 35-45 min a day, 5 days a week. thats only 1 1/2 hours per day. Thats 22 1/2 hours left in the day for me to eat. Thats why diet is so important.

I used low intensity cardio for 40-50 minutes. Some will argue that HIIT is better at 20 minutes, but I used low intensity cardio. I also had a diet low in Calories and low in Carbs. I ate about 1800 cals, and 50 crabs towards the end of my challenge. Read my blog, I'm currently doing another program, I just started.
nah its cool man...well, one of the main reasons was a woman, and the rest was just getting hit with different life changing crap that just put me in a huge state of depression when I got back home from basic training and AIT

You are too kind. Summer is tough as it seems that the heat just drags the motivation out of you. Happened to me last summer. This summer I was better about staying on track.
