How I Started:
As an athlete in high school I have always worke out but I didnt take it very seriously. I was naturally skinny growing up and wanted to change that so I got magazines on how to build muscle. I have been addicted ever since and continue to expand my knowledge in ths subject!
Why I Love It:
Its fun and addicting. I also love to see results.

Goal (Long):
L would like to add more definition to my abs, Increase my arms by one inch. Increase my max bench press to 300 lbs. Also develope my legs they are my weak point! Overall I want to gain 10-12 pounds to reach a weight around 165 pounds! This is my goal to achieve within the next 6 months!!
