My workout focuses on strength and mass gains. I go up in weight every week on each exercise.

Barbell Squat:

Leg press:

Leg extension

1x8 (+weight)
Leg curl (seated)

Romainian deadlift (nearly straight leg)

Day 2 (Chest)
-Warm-up: Push-ups: 2x15
Barbell bench press:

2x8 or 1x8 and 1x6 (+weight to both)
Dumbell incline bench press:

Barbell decline bench press:

Cable crossovers:

Machine flies: (superset/ alternate both arms and one arm)
