My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program
My nutrition plan is pretty simple actually, eat clean and natural 98% of the time.
I have a lot of dietary restrictions due to a medical condition so I omit all gluten, all nuts and seeds, no peanut butter. I'm allowed to only have almond butter should I want it, only damn thing I'm not allergic to!
Aside from that I eat 30/30/40, I was cycling my carbs for a while but found it left me exhausted and bloated. Now I eat a balanced diet, hardly any processed foods whatsoever, and pile on the veggies. I start with the bulk of my carbs in the morning and afternoon then taper off toward the evening. I havea great results with this change and I don't feel restricted, I always eat until I'm full.

I have a very natural approach to supplementing.
I supplement with protein shakes, Xtend Aminos, cold water omegs, and CLA. Nothing else, no stimulants at all.

I always stay on routine, when I'm sick or something comes up it throws me off. So it's important for me to get right back to routine. My main motivation is my daughter. I worry about being fit enough to protect her, play with her, and just be the best role model I can be. So I do it for myself and for her! <3
