I started working out through football in highschool. After I quit football I was still obsessed with lifting weights. I decided to find a specific goal and fell in love with adding mass instead of stregnth.
Why I Love It:
It's a way of life. You have to love it like you do your girl friend, wife, or whatever. It gives you something to live for emotionally and physically as you achieve a better physique you'll treasure the rest of your life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every few months I will have to change my routine up or maybe even take a week off to let my body rest up. Reading magazines and researching new ideas online keeps me motivated, but nothing motivates more than Arnold's movie: Pumping Iron.
