Overall Goal:  (October 28, 2009) well i acheived getting my weight up to 175 like 5 months early which is good, but now i am shooting to get up to 185 by March 20, 2010

I had some extra weight on me my whole life and really wanted to change that so i started doing light lifting and cardio, then it just ended up being strictly about bodybuilding!!

yeah im gona go 2day and go on every machine as i can and train the whole body, well i ordered a supp yesterday which was called "lean muscle growth" yeah i was that desperate haha but its one of the natural products which is good (Y)

Nice dude- glad you hear you're getting some great results! You can use vitamin E oil to get rid of the appearence of the stretch marks- helps out with that.. Have you taken measurements lately?

Dude it's day five and am still going strong on the new diet- well, clean eating that is plan that I'm on and I'm feelin awesome! I've started to shed the pounds fast and am cutting up nicely. I'll probably take a couple pics in the next few days.

sweet dude - yeh that's awesome- I've gained a half an inch on my arms- almost to my goal of 17" arms!! I'm stoked dude! But I think now that I have almost 17's I'm going to shoot for 18's and keep cutting up from there on out.

yeh I tried Shotgun and it didn't do much for me but I think synthesize is a lot better but yeh it still tastes really bad but it's soooo good.. It makes you feel kinda itchy when it starts working - that's when you know it's kicken in. But dude my pumps have been great with it.. you should give it a shot

ahh i see haha, i was just asking coz i saw a weight that said 25kgs 55lbs and wondered if thats why eveyone was lifting heavy weights

wow- great job dude! Just make sure you stretch at least five mins each workout - a lot of guys over look that and they don't get as good of a workout and also can lead to easier injuries and strains! I'm putting that up right now also.. that's amazing you're putting that up at your weight- must be nice.

Dude -that's freakin crazy!! Way to go on the gains- I was holding at 236 but am down to 229 - which is getting better I think - I'm in cutting phase right now so it's commin off which is great for me..

like theres the free weights then the weights that are attached to the machine but im not rele into deadlifts atm but awesome
