How I Started:
Once I arrived at my first duty station in Alaska I started making friends and started wanting to lift wieghts. Until recently however, it had always been off and on.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself and I feel good when people tell me they see improvements. Nothing is better than the feeling you get after a killer workout where you know you gave it all you had.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that the other guy might be working harder than me. Looking in the Mirror, going for new personal bests, etc.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, besides when I finally hit a 225 1-rep max on the Bench Press when I was in Iraq in the beginning of 2004.

I pretty much just want to be gunned, hella cut-up ya know? Jacked chest, Ripped 6-Pack, the whole 9. I want to be able to Bench 300 by the time summer is over and just be confident enough to walk around with shorts and sandals on anytime. I'd like to stay around 190-200 pounds with good size and definition, over time benching twice my weight. Eventually some Cover Modeling would be pretty sick also.

Ehhh Spokane's not toooo bad, but i definately miss the bay. I can't believe ur a FAIDERS fan..haha hardcore 9ers fan here. I already got tickets to the seahawks niners monday nite game on nov 12. Thats kool. HAHA yeah same here. Right now school is almost over and ive got tons of stuff to work on and finals. Ehh, not to exciting. And of course i always hit up the gym. For me, If i dont go i get sick, so if there is one day im not doing any exercise i will def know for sure. Anyways, How was your weekend? :)

What airframe do you work? Yeah that stomach fat is a bitch. Have you tried a low carb diet? How often do you cardio?
