hey guys - Just looking for a program that will help acheve muscle gain. I like having a three day program, but not sure what groups to work together, etc. Would like some help with exercises and when and how ofter i should be increasing the weights etc... Any help out...
hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
thanks man...You're abs are ridulous! I'm tryin to get mine like yours!...I've been doing a lot of cardio b/c I have to stay in shape for basketball, but I just started back lifting this week.
