Goal (Short):
I want to be running at least 20 miles a week while continuing to lift 4 days a week.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to get down to 210 pounds. I want to be able to bench at least 225 lbs for 10 reps, squat 300, and do at least 10 unassisted pullups. I also plan to run a 5K in the summer of 2009 in less than 20 minutes (I used to be able to run it much faster than that).
