How I Started:
I started lifting weights in the third grade. I told my step father I wanted to be stronger and he showed me how to perform body weight exercises. He also bought me a pair of dumbbells for free weight exercises. I haven't stopped since.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge. I also like that results don't just come instantly, it takes dedication and desire. I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, when most people in this country don't.

I come on here and check out everyone's progress pictures.

I was on my way to getting my football physique back. I am going to start from scratch and will perform body weight only exercises from now until June. I will then start back weight training.

Description: Arnold is and will always be the best bodybuilder to me. There will probably never be another bodybuilder, turned action star, turned governor.
So after eating like I didn't have a clue in Charlotte, I come back home and yeah I put on 10 lbs. I am hoping after a few days back on the regular diet those lb's will drop off. Other than that I started the first phase of my new workout routine. I will input the details later tonight...
Hey! Workouts are good...I pulled a butt muscle though on Fri..been swimming ever since for cardio and upkeep I guess. It actually feels a hundred times better though already! Your avi is awesome keep it up! And oh yeah how bout that ND? :) They put a nice whoopin on Stanford this past weekend! :P ttyl!
