This guy makes me want to lift; he started off around the same weight I did and is the perfect example of being healthy while maintaining a weight over 200lbs. I joined this program because I wanted to get some motivation in the form of competition and support. Looking at his stats he was where I am now and he is currently where I want to be soon.

Hello, all in bb.com land! Hope all is well and you all are training to your hearts content! In recent times, I realize that I can't get to bb.com as much as I used to! I still write an occassional blog or so! Our add a new video or pic, but in the last few days if not weeks, I noticing a that there are so many SPAM BLOGS. It becoming quite anoyning if you know what I mean. We need to let the Bodyspace Admin or some know about this so something can be done!


I alwasy loving reading your blogs on her but now they are being lost in the many spam blogs! This is horrible! I thought

I often quote the saying that anything in life that is worthwhile is almost always hard to get. But isn't that what makes it worthwhile in the first place. How true these words are ring in my ear as I have been training with Hector at present. It seems as if everything has been hard, a challenge. And in truth that is not a bad thing if you really want this, if you really are determined to get where you want to.
