Overall Goal:  Over the summer, I suffered the effects of vacation, post 1/2 marathon party and therefore;I need to loose 24 pounds of bodyweight overrall. I currently weight 214Lb/15.10% BF. I would like to reduce my body fat to 10% over a period of 12 weeks.

I used to weight 280 pounds back when I was in High School. I started working out and drop close to 100 pounds.
