I have always worked out but always used external appearances and external results to fuel my motivation and desire to get the results and progress I wanted to see. I don’t know why this year I finally realized that I have been doing it all wrong. This year I focused on making the mental changes that are needed to be successful. My goal as of right now is to drop about 25lbs and get down to 215lbs. i figure at 215 i will be right around 5% bodyfat. I have never been that low before but i know i can do it if i just commit to it. i have signed up for the 12 week tranformation
