I've been at it non-stop for 5 months and it's time to take that one week of rest. It kills me to have to do it, but I know it's a must if I want to continue to progress. So I'm setting up my new program and can't wait to kick it into gear in a week!

The energy was sapped. I was surprised I got through it. I have to look at my diet. That is a big part....need more energy!! I hate struggling through a workout. I like it to be hard, but I don't want to feel wiped out while doing it, you know?

I'm giving myself a fair amount of time,so I figure when I'm through with this 30 day clean eating thing, we'll see where it got me. 9/27. I think I see changes now, but it might be my imagination, LOL.
