I haven't blogged in a while and I've been really focused this week so here I am. After a few weeks of inconsistency I finally have gotten my diet & training back in sync. I feeling good and focused. I plan on setting some weekly short term goals to stay in the game.

Holy cranberries! Now I have one more thing I am thankful for on Thanksgiving... thankful I am not doing that. haha Good for you. I will be burning calories cooking food that I will not even eat. How sad huh? I will eat a little turkey and grilled sweet potatoe and then off to bed for my weekend camping trip. So excited! Do you have a long Thanksgiving weekend?
