I haven't blogged in a while and I've been really focused this week so here I am. After a few weeks of inconsistency I finally have gotten my diet & training back in sync. I feeling good and focused. I plan on setting some weekly short term goals to stay in the game.

I'm not working hard right now...at least not in the gym :S Graduation is a month away so projects are taking up all of my time. You better believe I'll be hitting it hard in a month though...lol. How is your training going? Working on those abs?
