Ok, finished my 7.5 mile leg of the marathon today and averaged 10 min. miles. I'm extremely pleased with that and felt great when it was done.

So I ask my self, what now??? Well, me and PJ68 (Holla at ya!) and gunning for some abs by 7/1/09 for starters. I'm going to need discipline in...

Current temp is 77 right now..I just got up so sipping coffee and waking up right now. I'm going to try to be out and about by 8:30am, which it will be 77 also. Today I'm going for 5.31 miles, but I have something different in mind. I'm going to do my usual walk warm up, then jog, then sprint for as long as I can, jog for a bit, then walk again and repeat. Whatcha think?

It cooled down this morning, it sucks that I was too sore to workout today. It was 76 degrees at 8:30am where it has been 87 feeling like 100+ lately. We're supposed to get more rain today and tomorrow supposed to be nice. :) I got my hair cut today and it feels lighter but they cut it too short :(

I have a question, you know any stretches to stretch the back part of the thigh where your thigh meets the glutes? I'm like spasing out back there and it's super sore...so are the sides of my thighs. Tomorrow's definetely an off day...then back at it Thursday!

Today isn't as bad as it was yesterday, by this time it felt like 100 degrees. We're supposed to be getting a cold front and a low-pressure system today or tomorrow so it will go back to normal temperatures. I got up late, was supposed to get up at 6:30am...got up at 7:30am. About ready to go out soon though!
