I was a skinny ! I had enough of that shi*t so I hit the weights!
Why I Love It:
Your whole day could be in the shitter but when you hit the weights everything seems to be not so bad after all.
How I Stay Motivated:
With the time I have already invested it would be a pure waste not to give it everything I have today
