started in high school working out for sports have done it off and on ever since. After college gained alot of weight, At my heaviest I was 238, I then decieded to change they way I am, I now am I've lost 35 lbs, hoping to lose another 20 and be ripped to shredds, we shall see, loving the journey!

I see you're taking some Sam's Club's supps. I was in there the other day and saw a huge 6 lb bag of EAS protein for 25 dollars. A real steal, I wonder if it's any good though. Have you tried it???
Well, I've had my ups and downs man. But the more I get into the health aspect, I seem to fall down less. Like I said in the interview, education is the key. When you know the damgaging effects of your actions, it makes it that much more hard to do it. Best to you.
