When I Started:
Mar, 1996
How I Started:
I was always very small in stature. When I was 18 my body weight was only 147 pounds @ a height of 5'11-6'1. Luckily some really knowledable weight lifters took me under their wings and showed me the ropes.
No Smoking
No drinking
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that I get to push myself everyday. I love my time in the gym because it's the only real time that I have for myself. My mind is cleared of everything except workingout. Love the fact that my wife and son are proud of the way I look.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from within myself. I can't really explain it but there is something inside of me that just wants to always be in the gym and push myself until the gym attendents have to resuscitate me using CPR or with a defibulator so that I can do a few more reps!
BB Accomplishments:
No officail body builing accomplishments as of yet but I have won several bench press and power lifting comps. But I remember when I first saw some definition in my arms. I wanted to cut off the sleeves on all of my shirts.

A few pounds heavier but still maintaining a low body fat.
