How I Started:
Was diagnosed with type II diabetes, just wanted to shed excess pounds and get into healthier condition.
Why I Love It:
I just got addicted to it. It's like taking a shower or brushing my teeth, I need it on a daily basis or it's just not a good day.
How I Stay Motivated:
In the beginning I would just make myself go to the gym no matter what, but now it's just natural. I couldn't imagine a day without going to the gym.

Do you take any suppliments? I am a type 1 diabetic. I take BSN NO-Xplode, and viatmins, just woundering if there are other things out there.

Yeah thx for the advice man, im not looking directly to burn fat off right away. Im jus hoping as i progress, my muscle mass will increase as my body fat will decrease.
