Doing ok. Been out of commission for a week with a nasty cold. Also just got a new 'pup' (2 yr old Rott). Can't wait to get back in the gym though.

I usually have about 115g of protein a day. I used to do cardio about 4 days a week, but currently I don't do any, since I'm more focused on getting back in shape and putting on some muscle after an injury. I just keep my diet clean and lift heavy. Good luck.

Slight setback with the neck :( So doing band training at home. I should be in the gym this week. Things were going well. I think I increased weights too rapidly, so I'm changing up the program :).
