When I Started:

How I Started:
I was the tall, skinny kid. I weighed 135 pounds at 6'2. I started hanging out with some guys I met through a friend and they took me to the gym and got me started.
Why I Love It:
I love many things about bodybuilding. I see it as an art form - kind of like reverse sculpting. I am so interested to see what my body will look like as I progress. I love the mental challenge of trying to get one more rep when your body is telling you you can't. I also like the competition side of the sport. It is the most challenging and rewarding thing I have ever done.
How I Stay Motivated:
My g/f tells me she won't love me if I get fat.
BB Accomplishments:
4 bodybuilding competitions.

I'll post the diet I plan on following for this years show. It is taken from Labrada's Get Lean Kit. Worked well in the past. I am just making a few minor adjustments this year.
so I also just noticed that you've competed in an IDFA show...how did you like it??
Any advice would be awesome hun :)
Actually I do have a question...where did you buy your posing suit from??
Hey...I just noticed your from Toronto :)
Sweet...love to see someone else from Canada who's into fitness!!
By the way you look amazing, so keep up the good work!!!!
Glad to hear it was such a great experience. You look fantastic in the pics. I look forward to getting on stage again and be great to bump into a fellow bodyspace member.
I wish I was in the London show. Just purchased a nutrition store in N. Falls so that has kept me pretty occupied the past 3 months. Still training but couldn't committ to a show. I'd like to do an IDFA show, how was your experience from it? Congrats btw!
