If you have any questions about what i had written i would be happy to go into further detial. you are on the right track and there are a lot of grey areas to wieght loss and that why you need a proram that is disigned for your needs not some one elses.NEVER GIVE UP!

Hy brother whats new!I am about 3 weeks out and just got over some stomach virus which turns out not such a bad thing i dropped some unwanted fat LOL. how about you what are you up too

Yes at first it is but just stick with it. if ouare truely ready some sacrifice is requiered if you like reading go to cutdiet.com and download the book game overII thats what helped transform me and i am not going to lie and say its easy because its not. Just holler if you have questions here to help

You know i tried that herbal life years ago i even sold it. I will make this simple 5-7 small ballenced meals a day 30g protien 10 grams of fat 20g carbs per meal fish chicken lean red meat green vegitables and almonds as a fat source 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and wieght trainning 3 days a week plit your trainning upper body one day rest 1 day then lower body rest 2days 2 sets per excersise rep range10-12 strict form.

Well what you might consider is doing pull-up with a spot some who can assist you in getting over that hump. Pull-up are a great latisimus builder and a staple in back trianning.

yeah the comments are good thats why i always go to the after party thats really when the judges will let you know why you placed like you did, like isaid i learn somthing new every time. Back to the drawingboard!

Maybe try eating dense carbs like 1/2 cup oatmeal with peanutbutter and bananna drink more water ya the trips to the bath room will increase but the water will keep you alittle full and my lessen your hunger. Never consentrate on what you cant eat but what you can.Good luck and dont woory just stick with it and listen to your body not your mind.
